This is a Plastic The Mummy Model Kit from Polar Lights.
It´s for ages 8 and up.

Plastic pieces attached to sprues and molded in tan.
The Mummy is rising from his coffin in search of human flesh.
A truly frightening figure, the mummy is wrapped in deteriorating
bandages and is quite obviously a rotten and filthy corpse
beneath.
The coffin is decorated with ornate carvings.
A base decorated with stonework, scarab beetles, and a Mummy
nameplate is included.
About the base modelers will be pleased to find details like
bandages and organ jars.
